Trupti Murgunde (Born on June 3, 1982 at Pune, India) is an Indian badminton player who plays women's singles event. She is currently the eight highest ranking Indian in the women's singles badminton. Trupti also won the 2009 National Championship. Her current world ranking is 90.
Trupti was born in Pune, and later shifted to Bangalore to polish her badminton skills at the Tata Padukone badminton academy.
In 2009, Trupti won the Yonex Czech Open International title at Brno, Czech Republic. She also won the NPL All-India ranking badminton championship 2009 at the KBA court stadiums in Bangalore.
In 2010 Trupti clinched the National Badminton Championship women's singles title for the first time, at Guwahati.
