Prachi Tehlan (Born on 2 October 1989 in Nangli Sakrawati, Delhi, India) is an Indian netball player. In 2010 Commonwealth Games, Prachi lead the Indian national netball team as captain.
Prachi started playing Basketball at the age of 12 when she was in class 8th. She turned to net ball after representing the India Under-19 basketball team when she was just 14 years old.
Prachi Tehlan began playing netball in 2007, when her college director asked her to participate in the netball inter- college tournament. She griped this opportunity with both hands.
After 3 years of playing Netball, Prachi became captain of the Indian netball team in the Commonwealth Games 2010 at a very young age. She has a good shooting action and accuracy. She is a well known netball shooter in India.
Her six-foot plus frame and her good looks have always made her popular. Prachi is a management student. She loves to read books, watch Television and listen to music, she also like travelling and photography.
