Harwant Kaur (Born on 5 July 1980 in Punjab ) is an Indian discus thrower. Her personal best throw is 63.05 metres, achieved in August 2004 in Kiev. Her personal coach is Parveer Singh. On 11 October 2010 Harwant Kaur created history, when she got Silver Medal in 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi.

Harwant Kaur won the silver medal at the 2002 Asian Championships, finished fourth at the 2003 Asian Championships and seventh at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Also competed at the 2004 Olympic Gamesand was ranked 13th in the qualifying rounds.

Harwant Kaur contested the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, but failed to reach the final and was ranked 17th in qualifying with a throw of 56.42 m. Harwant Kaur has represented India at three Olympic Games and has won silver medals at both Asian and Commonwealth Games.
